Girls! Today I am here with a very interesting topic. Yes, you got it right. It’s related to cooking!! You know cooking beef is not an easy job. But if you make its mince you can make a lot of recipes. So how to cook ground beef? For this, I thought to help you in your daily menu by telling you some yummilicious recipes of beef. Why beef? Because I feel nowadays we don’t want to eat or cook beef and for growing age, especially, beef is also very important. Without wasting time I would like to share my research for beef recipes. I will give both continental and Pakistani recipes.
Continental Meals
Classic Lasagna – Most excellent cooked ground beef recipe

Ingredients
Lasagna sheets 250 g
For mince
Beef mince 750 g
Onion 1 finely chopped
Tinned tomatoes 200 g
Tomato paste 3 tbsp.
Garlic cloves 3 finely chopped
Red chili flake 1tsp
Ground black pepper 1tsp
Half celery stick, finely chopped
Bechamel sauce
Whole milk 800 ml
Unsalted butter 65g
Plain flour 65
Parmesan finely grated 60g
Nutmeg grated one pinch
Method
You must cook ground beef like this I would say 🙂 Add celery and chopped onion and fry them for 8-10 minutes. Then add chopped garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add mince and fry till it changes color. Now add tinned tomato and tomato puree. Now add salt (to taste), red chili flakes, ground black pepper. Cook the mince till it gets required tender then remove from heat and set aside.
Heat butter in a saucepan and then add flour and stir for 4-5 minutes. Add milk slowly when it turns in light brown. Keep whisking all the time and cook till 7-9 minutes until the sauce is thickened. Further, remove the saucepan from heat and add salt, pepper, nutmeg, and parmesan.
Now heat oven to 200/180 degree.
To assemble the lasagna, assemble first spread 2tsp olive oil onto the dish. Then spread lasagna sheets then beef mince then béchamel sauce and then cheese. Repeat the same hierarchy. Then cover the top with lasagna sheets with cheese. Sprinkle red chili flakes and oregano leaves. Moreover, let it cook for goof 30-40 minutes. When the cheese turns golden brown it is ready. Now take out the dish and enjoy your meal.
Turkish Style Mince

Ingredients
Beef mince 500 5
Onion 1 diced
Bell pepper 2 thinly diced
Red chili de-seeded and diced, large
Garlic cloves 3 chopped
Parsley 10g
Salt to taste
Paprika powder 1tsp
Cumin powder one pinch
Lemon wedge
Tomato 1 large diced
Tomato puree 3 tbsp.
Method
Put half cup oil in a pot and fry the onion and then add garlic. Add mince when onion turns golden brown. Add bell pepper, paprika, cumin, pepper, and salt and keep cooking. Then add tomatoes, puree, and chili and let it cook. Now cover the pot with the lid and cook till mince reaches required tenderness. As oil appears in mince remove pot from heat. Now add fresh parsley and lemon and serve with toasted flatbread.
Juicy Beef Burgers

Ingredients
Beef mince 1kg
Steak sauce 3 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp.
Garlic powder ½ tsp.
Burger buns 6
Cheese slices 6
Tomatoes sliced
Lettuce leaves 6
Method
Mix all ingredients in the mince and blend thoroughly. Now shape the meat mixture into 6 equal patties. Then heat the frying pan and fry all patties. Toast the burger buns. Now set the burger with lettuce, cheese slice, tomatoes, and patties. You can add Tobasco sauce, and peri-peri sauce to add the taste.
Pakistani Cuisine
Keema Karahi

Ingredients
Onion 2 chopped
Garlic ginger finely chopped 2 tbsp.
Beef mince 500g
Tomatoes 200g chopped
Salt 1tsp
Red chili powder 1.5 tsp.
Cumin ½ tsp
Allspice powder ½ tsp.
Green chilies 4-5 chopped
Method
Heat oil and add the onion. Add garlic ginger paste when onion turns light brown. Now add mince and fry till it also turns brown and its water is dried. Now add green chili and fry mince for 2 minutes. Then add all spices and fry for 2 more minutes. Then add 2 glass water and let it cook. After 15 minutes add tomatoes also. Now cover the lid and cook the mince in low heat. When mince gets tender dry the water. As the oil separates from curry remove from the stove. Now take the mince out into a plate and garnish with fresh coriander and green chili.
Beef Seekh Kabab

Ingredients
Beef mince ½ kg
Onion 1
Green chili 4-5
Allspice powder 1tsp.
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Coriander leaves
Ginger
Salt to taste
Method
If you love Pakistani cuisine cook ground beef like this. Chop onion, green chili, coriander leaves, and piece of ginger in the chopper. Then add mince and chop again. Add all dry spices in the mince and chop again. Put ice cool water in a bowl and wet your palm with water. Now make kabab in the desired shape. Make all kabab in metal skewers. Then bar b q all skewers on burning coal. Change sides after every 30 seconds. Grill till they get brown from all sides. Serve with fresh coriander chutney.
Beef Kofta Curry

Ingredients
Beef mince 1kg
Onion 1 medium
Green chili 3-4
Mint leaves 1tbsp.
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chickpea flour 3 tbs
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Red chili 1 tsp.
Allspice powder ½ tsp
Poppy seeds 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
For curry
Onion 2 chopped
Tomatoes 3 chopped
Green chili 3
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Cook ground beef by making koftas of it :). Combine onion, green chili, and mint leaves and chop well. Then add the rest of the ingredients and chop well along with beef mince. Now use a bit of yogurt to grease your hands and make medium-sized meatballs. 22-25 meatballs can be made.
Now fry the onion for curry and then put that into the blender along with tomatoes and green chilies. Put some water to grind all material. Now put this mixture in a pan add 3 glass of water and let it boil. Then add the meatballs in the curry and let it cook.cover the lid and allow it to simmer. When the meatballs/koftas become tender and oil starts to separate simmer this thoroughly and then add water to make curry. When it reaches to required consistency remove from stove and garnish with fresh coriander.
