Depression – Sadly the most ignored women’s mental health problem

A severe sadness, hopelessness and feeling nothing. There is no other harm than depression. Maybe it’s a side-effect of hormonal change (that’s after and before menstruation, after first intercourse or after delivery of a baby).

Most importantly, every woman should respect themselves in order to lead favorable lives. Mental health is as important as their physical health. You have to take care of ladies around you and yourself. You have to love yourself the most.
